Every Space. One Experience.

When Caesars Entertainment began developing the new Harrah’s Oklahoma, the goal was to create an engaging technology environment with integrated control that reflects Caesars’ operational standards.
Alpha was asked to join the planning as a design-build partner, collaborating with KGA Architecture and Crossland Construction Company to develop the audiovisual strategy for the property from the ground up. This early involvement allowed Alpha to help shape the guest experience across 1,000 slot machines, 12 table games, a high-limit room and multiple dining and bar concepts—all while ensuring every technology decision aligned with the operational goals and aesthetic vision.
Following completion of the proposed package, Alpha was awarded the integration project, delivering a comprehensive audio, digital signage, video distribution and control solution that creates a connected experience from the moment guests arrive through every stage of their visit.
The Challenge
Whether supporting a regional casino or a flagship destination, meeting the Caesars Entertainment enterprise standards requires extensive coordination. At Harrah’s Oklahoma, that meant creating a technology ecosystem that melded seamlessly into the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma-inspired design elements that make this project so unique.
Display locations, speaker placement and custom mounting solutions demanded close collaboration with architects, interior designers and multiple construction trades to ensure clean sightlines. With a dedicated project manager on site daily, the Alpha engineering and installation teams were able to maintain the timeline for an aggressive opening schedule, despite continued construction setbacks.
The Alpha Approach
As both build partner and systems integrator, Alpha provided continuity from concept through commissioning. Working alongside Caesars and the design team, Alpha developed a scalable infrastructure that balanced operational consistency and guest engagement.
The solution included centralized video distribution, digital signage, property-wide audio and complete zone control, all integrated with Caesars’ LUCI Control and Automation platform. Beyond system design, Alpha remained actively involved throughout construction, collaborating with project stakeholders, resolving field challenges and adapting installations as conditions evolved.

Technology Designed Around the Guest Journey
From arrival through the gaming floor, Alpha delivered an integrated technology platform that enhances both the guest experience and day-to-day operations while supporting future growth.

Scalable Solutions for Every Space
Outdoor & Arrival
Outdoor speakers disguised on light poles and in the landscaping begin the guest experience in the parking lot and continue beneath the porte cochere, creating a consistent atmosphere from arrival through gaming, dining and entertainment spaces.
From strategically angled ceiling tile speaker installs to custom bistro audio integrations, Alpha considered architectural elements in every placement.

Gaming Floor
Throughout all dining and gaming environments, Alpha deployed an integrated digital signage network that keeps guests informed while complementing the casino’s modern aesthetic. Digital menu boards within the café provide operators with the flexibility to update offerings and pricing in real time, while dual-sided displays throughout the gaming floor support promotions, wayfinding and operational messaging.
Working closely with the interior design team, Alpha refined screen placement throughout, even removing select displays at the request of the client to preserve uninterrupted sightlines that offer a clean visual corridor leading to the Caesars Rewards area. Overall, these systems create a connected communications platform that allows staff to manage content centrally while delivering timely information to guests.
Restaurants & Bars
Both bar concepts presented complex installation challenges, requiring custom mounting solutions that preserved the clean architectural lines of each space while ensuring optimal viewing angles. Rather than attaching displays directly to finished ceiling materials, the team employed structural methods that anchored to steel framework for durability instead.
By carefully aligning display placements with architectural goals, Alpha demonstrated its ability to engineer solutions that preserve aesthetic intent while delivering exceptional performance.

Cashier Cage
To provide a clean, highly visible way to dynamically communicate lane availability, Caesars Rewards services and other operational information, Alpha installed custom-format digital GPO displays above the cashier cage. The simple control design of these signs allows operators to make updates to lanes quickly during busier times at the cashier.
Back of House
Alpha extended the technology ecosystem into back of house spaces with employee communication displays and simple conference room AV designed to support internal messaging, HR communications and partner collaboration.

The Result: A Foundation for Future Growth
The completed deployment at Harrah’s Oklahoma delivers a unified technology experience that begins before guests enter the building and continues throughout the property. Integrated audio, digital signage and centralized control create a platform that supports promotions, operations and employee and guest engagement while meeting Caesars’ technology standards.
Equally important, Alpha proposed the initial infrastructure with future expansion in mind. As Caesars continues to invest in the property, each new phase can build on the same technology foundation, ensuring systems communicate seamlessly, operational workflows remain consistent and guests enjoy a fully connected environment.
The result is more than a successful casino opening in a remote market. It is a scalable foundation that demonstrates Alpha’s versatility, adaptability and expertise from design to deployment.
