When Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel in Rochester, Washington set out to enhance its guest experience, the priority was replacing an aging audio system that delivered inconsistent sound, lacked zoned distribution, and had become difficult to operate.
Following the success of the audio modernization project, Lucky Eagle expanded the partnership to reimagine an underutilized area of the gaming floor. The goal was to create a visually engaging slot environment that energized the space without requiring major structural renovations.
To bring that vision to life, Lucky Eagle turned to Alpha to deliver connected audio and LED solutions that worked together to create a cohesive guest experience, ensuring every area of the casino felt equally vibrant, interactive and aligned with the property’s unique identity.
The Challenge
Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel’s aging audio system was underserving the needs of the growing property. Inconsistent sound quality, limited zoned distribution, and a difficult-to-operate platform created operational challenges and diminished the overall guest experience.
Beyond upgrading the audio infrastructure, the property also sought to revitalize an underperforming area of the gaming floor. The solution needed to deliver greater visual impact and guest engagement without significant structural modifications, while remaining flexible enough to support the casino’s continued growth and evolving operational needs.
The Alpha Approach
Alpha replaced the property’s aging audio infrastructure with a scalable Q-SYS platform and high-performance Sonance speakers, giving operators greater control while providing consistent sound coverage.
To address the slot area, Alpha proposed Primeview LED pillar displays featuring custom content by Render Impact that introduced new energy to the gaming floor. Together, the audio and visual deployments created a connected guest experience while providing a platform built to grow with the property.
Scalable Solutions Delivered by Alpha
Unified Audio & AV Control
To support the energy and pace of the casino environment, Alpha deployed a fully zoned audio system spanning more than 220 speakers across the gaming floor. Staff can independently manage audio and content by zone while maintaining a consistent atmosphere across the facility.
Custom LED Solutions
Alpha oversaw the installation of five (5) Primeview LED pillar displays that wrapped existing structural columns, creating more than 533 square feet of digital canvas and 13.8 million pixels of visual storytelling. Paired with custom creative from Render Impact, the displays transformed an underserved area into an eye-catching destination within the casino.
Experiential Display
Working with creative partner Render Impact, Alpha delivered custom digital content that turned the LED pillars into storytelling canvases. The visuals celebrate Lucky Eagle’s heritage and values while creating a dynamic, ever-changing focal point that draws guests deeper into the gaming environment.

Following the successful completion of the audio upgrade, Lucky Eagle expanded its partnership with Alpha to create a more immersive gaming environment through dynamic LED displays and custom digital content. Together, the two deployments transformed both the operational performance and visual energy of the property.
